Cleveland, Ohio, June 24, 2022— Clean Express Auto Wash today announced the donation of $13,630 to the Streetsboro Community Pantry to assist in their mission of helping Streetsboro families and community members in need.
“To celebrate the one year anniversary of our Streetsboro Grand Opening, and being named the Streetsboro Business of the Year by the Streetsboro Chamber of Commerce, we ran an Unlimited Wash Club promotion in May that resulted in an incredible donation back to a local food pantry that makes a difference in the lives of so many local community members,” said John Roush, Clean Express Auto Wash Founder and CEO of Express Wash Concepts.
Throughout May, new members were invited to join the Clean Express Auto Wash Unlimited Wash Club for $10 for 90 days of unlimited washes. 100% of proceeds were donated back to the Streetsboro Community Pantry. As an all-volunteer agency, the Streetsboro Community Pantry services more than 1,000 families each year. The Pantry is affiliated with Streetsboro United Methodist Church, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, the Chapel at Tinker’s Creek and a partner of the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank.
Clean Express opened its first location on Carnegie Ave. near downtown in August of 2020. The company currently operates 11 locations across Greater Cleveland in communities including Eastlake, Elyria, Garfield Heights, Middleburg Heights, Parma, Solon, South Euclid and Streetsboro.
Home grown and operated, Clean Express has donated more than $150,000 to local non-profits since 2020 through its Clean Cares initiative. Local beneficiaries include the Cleveland Guardians, 1,000 Ties, Children First of Cleveland, the City Mission, the Miracle League of Lake County, and many more.
